March 1936 - Founded in Osaka City under the company name of Sugino Cleaner Works as a specialized manufacturer of pneumatic and water-pressure tube cleaners.
June 1945 - Factory was forced to move to Uozu, Toyama Prefecture due to World War II.
April 1956 - Restructured as a private limited company
January 1961 - Appointed as a Small & Medium Enterprise National Rationalization Model Factory
March 1962 - Uozu Factory construction completed in Hongo, Uozu City
April 1962 - Trade Department established
June 1966 - Research Center completed
November 1968 - Granted the 2nd Small & Medium Enterprise Research Center Award
March 1970 - Namerikawa Factory completed in Nakanoshima, Namerikawa City
